System

A System is the basic subdivision of navigable space, consisting of a Star, its Planets, their Moons along with any other object in the star's orbital space, including Stations, Asteroid Fields, Ice Fields, Jumpgates and Deadspace Complexes.

Travel between Systems can only be achieved by using a Jumpgate. Travel within Systems can be by standard propulsion, or Warp. The Local channel allows communication within the same star system.

A group of connected Systems form a Constellation, and a group of Constellations for a Region.
