The Minmatar Industrial skill allows the piloting of the Industrial class of ship, as manufactured by/for the Minmatar.
It cannot be trained on a trial account. That said, it is one of the skills essential for someone wishing to pilot any Min vessel with a large cargohold, the extent of which will be extended as the skill is trained to a higher level (5% per level). Pure combat pilots can skip this skill, and its entire tree, as it does nothing to improve combat effectiveness.
