The Mannar are one of the four founding races of the Gallente Federation alongside the Intaki, Caldari and the Gallenteans themselves. Their home system, Mannar, is located in the Everyshore region of the Federation.They are known for being headstrong, stubborn, and their fervent nationalism.
Many modern Mannar associate with the Hawk political bloc of Federation politics, a group that advocates nationalistic attitudes and a militaristic approach to foreign policy.
First contact with the Gallenteans was made in 22809 AD, 15 years after Gallente-Intaki first contact. Today the Mannar are found throughout Federation systems.
